A Swap

I'm going to do this. I am really really nervous because I have never done anything like this before. I think it will be fun! Did I say I'm nervous?
If you would like to join in the fun come over to the Simple Woman and find out what's going on.
We are celebrating summer by sending a new something, a gently used something from home that you would like to share, and something from a thrift, goodwill or yard sale that just says Summer to us.

  1. I just did my first apron swap and loved it. It was fun. I think you'll enjoy it. :)

Don't hate me, but my VF DVDs came UPS yesterday. This is the first time in a L-O-N-G time that we've ordered anything like that. Rich agreed that they looked really good. If you don't win, maybe I'll let you borrow them. :)

    hugs!

  2. Oh Mrs. Janel. I could never hate you. LOL.
I know somehow I am going to get those videos. It might just be Christmas.
Please let me know if they were what you were expecting. :)

  3. Hi! I just saw your comment on Dawn's post that you guys worship together as a family. I believe the same way but I have a problem right now getting my 14 mo. to sit quietly through the service. He's VERY wiggly and doesn't like to sit still for long. If he's made to, then he whines, makes impatient grunting noises, throws his favorite toy on the floor repeatedly and is just awful to deal with! Hubby's threatening to put him in the nursery during church because he's starting to miss much of the sermon because of Bruce's antics. Do you have any tips?!

  4. lol It's good to know you don't hate me! :)

I watched the Geoff Botkin one on Dominion Oriented Daughters last night.

It was a Q&A answering the 20 most common questions they receive about the girls. He had some interesting points and thoughts, but ended up leaving me with more questions! lol

Janel, that happens a lot with me. I hear all this good stuff and then have more questions. :)
